Group lessons

Living up to our motto "we learn when we speak ",INTERLANGUES has chosen to personalise as much as possible language lessons. The students are at the centre of the lesson; they participate actively by communicating in the target language with the other students and the teacher.
Student talking time is very important, which is why we limit the number of students in our intensive courses (20 lessons per week) to a maximum of 8 in order to give each student the possibility of practising their speaking skills as much as possible.
In companies, we recommend a maximum of 8 students per group.
In our evening classes, we privilege small classes, the groups have between 3 and 6 students. The students are able to express themselves freely and more frequently, therefore increasing their confidence and self-esteem. This confidence encourages students to try harder resulting in greater and faster achievement.
The rhythm of the course is adapted to the learners’ needs. Normally, all evening classes take place once per week. However, INTERLANGUES can organise more intensive courses; two or even three times per week provided there are more than three students who wish to enrol for the course. |

The lessons take place in either the morning or the afternoon, according to the level of the students, the availability of the teaching staff and classrooms.
The groups are made up of between 3 & 8 students of a similar level. If there are only 3 students, the number of lessons is reduced to 15 per week, 3 per day.
An intensive course lasts 8 weeks; however, it is possible to enrol for a minimum of 2 weeks. It is also possible to follow more than one intensive course.
For those students who already have some knowledge of the language, it is possible to integrate into a group every Monday, provided there is a group with the corresponding level.
The languages that are regularly taught are English, German and French. However, it is also possible to organise intensive course for other languages if there is sufficient interest. Please contact one of our schools for further information.
INTERLANGUES can help organise a residence permit for all students who follow a minimum of 20 lessons a week for at least 12 weeks.
It is also possible to follow an intensive course on an individual basis. The number of lessons per day, days per week etc. is defined at the beginning of the course. |

Children’s courses
|
|
INTERLANGUES organises English, German and French classes for children, other languages on request.
In the majority of cases, the lessons are based on an introduction to the language, taught in a fun and playful manner. Using books, CD, DVD and games children can learn the language in a relaxed atmosphere.
Depending on the progress made by the students, it is also possible to prepare for an official exam, Cambridge, Goethe.
The lessons can either be in small groups, 3-6 students, or individually.
Remedial classes can also be organised for all languages. |
